The MDF Mentorship Award is presented annually to an individual who truly embodies the legacy of Mildred Piltch’s authentic, altruistic and giving spirit. This individual unknowingly serves as a role model within the community and provides guidance, motivation, and support to others in both their professional and personal lives. They are genuine in their desire to see others succeed and are dedicated and committed to improving the world around them. This individual is highly influential in the lives of others and has been an invaluable part of another’s personal and professional growth and success, creating a positive ripple effect in the community.Nominations are due October 1st each year and the winner will be announced at our Grantee & Mentorship Award Celebration in November. The winner will receive a donation in their name to a charity (501c3) of their choice.
